Angle & Point Technologies Pty Ltd, founded in 2012, trading as CalmCar, since 2016 as a full-stack autonomous driving solution provider, has evolved into a global leader in autonomous driving systems and future mobility services. With R&D centers in Suzhou, Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and other cities, we are dedicated to delivering customized intelligent driving solutions for global automakers and Tier 1 suppliers. CalmCar offers key technologies for CCpilot Highway, CCpilot Parking Assistance, Intelligent Cockpit, and Next Generation Mobility (including CalmShuttle, CalmCab, CalmTruck, and CalmSweeper). Serving major domestic and international OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, these solutions drive the development of green, safe, and smart mobility.
In 2023, CalmCar became the No. 1 provider of third-party automatic parking functionality in China’s mid-range vehicle market. We leveraged our strong technological R&D capabilities to achieve this milestone. Additionally, CalmCar ranked among the top 10 Chinese local enterprises for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) export solutions and services in 2024. CalmCar's technology platforms are not only widely applied in the automotive industry but also extend to sectors such as smart cities, smart logistics, smart ports, and V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything). Our core mass-production clients include global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers such as Zeekr, Dongfeng, SAIC, CRRC, BYD, VinFast, ZF, Autoliv, and Aptiv. CalmCar has successfully achieved cross-platform chip adaptation (compatible with mainstream in-vehicle chips such as NVIDIA, Xilinx, Texas Instruments, and Huawei HiSilicon) through our self-developed deep learning models and machine vision algorithms, and has built a multi-modal perception fusion architecture. This solution deeply integrates data from vision, millimeter-wave radar, LiDAR, and ultrasonic radar, combined with a dual-engine decision system - which includes a rule-based algorithm framework based on high-definition maps and an innovative lightweight Al planning model. This allows for intelligent switching and collaborative operation of algorithm strategies in complex scenarios, providing full-stack technical support for autonomous driving systems
